On a Snowy Sunday Afternoon

Snowflakes are crystal clear.

Each distinct.

Massing on surfaces.

A last dance with art from a period before.

To be torched soon in the burn pit.

  2. How did you shoot those snowflakes? They are wonderful! And what are the blue things?

  3. Wow, soon going back to the Big Woods and was checking these posts. Sorry, never got back to you.

I used my Canon A80 with macro focusing enabled. The blue things are painted wood from a sculpture project my wife made while still in grad school.

If I do not respond to your comment right away, it is only because I am busy pulling out buckthorn, creeping charlie, and garlic mustard...
