I'd like to call your attention to an event that's happening right here in Brooklyn, NYC. Its called the Brooklyn Food Conference. Registration is free, and its all about growing food in the city, sustainability, farmers' markets, local agriculture, CSAs, healthy eating, restaurants that use local produce, farming in the region, and a lot more.
