As with trash pails and Boston Ivy, the New Dawn rose wants to go in new directions.
Something I have yet to spot has been munching Grandma's rose, and along with that -yellow mottled leaves.
The large (for my yard) aster bed has hit its end. This spot has long frustrated me and this year's cold frame placed here made it worse. And then there's my upstairs neighbor's air conditioner -condensing on this spot all summer.
You could plant a water-loving plant under that AC condensation, or perhaps put a birdbath or bucket there to catch the water. It's a resource! :)
ReplyDeleteI have some plants under it, but the constant dripping I think is not good for them. Its never enough water to soak the soil around the spot either. I think I will take the asters out I have there, and replace with something more upright and tolerant (hopefully) of the dripping. I don't want to encourage more Tiger Mosquitoes, so I don't want to collect it.
ReplyDeleteThe whole bed is a two feet space between a hot wall and a hot sidewalk in direct sun all day. Its a tough environment!
I am final, I am sorry, I too would like to express the opinion. levitra en ligne Remarkable topic
