Thanks to all who came to my opening last Sunday and to those who expressed interest and pleasure in the work. A shout out to Joe from the Floyd Bennett garden who read about the show and made the long trek -thank you for coming. And to Marie and Vince for coming and staying, and gifting!
Many have asked when they can see the exhibit now that it is on. Because No Globe is an unfunded artists' space, there are no regular hours. However, I will be gallery sitting on Saturday, November 19th and December 3rd from 1 to 5 pm. If you would like to see the show, that's the time to do it. But if you cannot, there will be other shows, with luck and perseverance, in the coming months and years.
I do have this drawing and its strange frame up in another show that opened this passed Tuesday. Eleventh floor, 16 W61st Street. If your Manhattan bound, you could see that.
Now its time to get back to work. Five stories to write, twenty paintings to make, eighty things to grow. It never ceases. Nor should it.
